Yes, each of you can edit different pages of the same site with your own Personal licenses. For this, you should be logged in Nicepage plugin under your own accounts.

Just note, we do not support the collaborate mode. That is, changes of two users on one page will be overwritten.

No, I mean when you open the same page together and edit it together. So you cannot edit the page at the same time.
But if one of you opens the page, he should save the changes, and close the page, after that, the other user can continue to edit it.
