how is it possible to make a mouse handler?

Does the program have a mouse handler? For example, I need another object to fade out or come to life when I click on it. Can I change the mouse cursor when I hover over an object?

Unfortunately, Nicepage does not provide such an option. The Animations work on page load/scroll only.
