Working on my page... No matter what I do, the first item on my menu is in the right spot, while the other items are all up to high. When I isolate it in my chrome browser it seems at though this piece of code is over the first item but none of the others

I can't seem to find where to place it in the overall code in wordpress though to fix it... what can I do to correct the issue.

I will attach screenshots for reference.

Other issues I am having include: Not being able to hide the header or footer on certain pages (I click the option and it disappears in the edit mode, but it is on the published webpage) and getting rid of the wordpress acknowledgment in the footer. Maybe you could help with these two as well?
