Ask a Question

Hello,

to save changes and upload them to a server to continue working on it from another workspace the next day, under save options I tried to define another directory for saving, something like users/desktop/newfolder

Nicepage kept insisting there's no folder of this name on OneDrive. Why OneDrive?? Desktop!!

Why is there no "Save As" or "Export As" Option?

Now when I open Nicepage all my projects are gone which is very very annoying because I've bought the software and spent hours on my last project.I've

I've tried to import project, but all there is is a .json File which is an unrecognised format.

How do I re-access my projects? I must be missing a simple point.

Thanks

Hi Stephan,

You have edited the pass to the projects folder and now Nicepage cannot find your projects. Please consider using the old path to the exact folder where the projects are located on your computer.
Also if you have previously exported the theme as Project, then you can import it into the application, the exported theme in a different format cannot be imported.

Thanks for your quick response! I've restored my projects.
If you'd name it "Export Project" instead of "Export Theme", it would be perfectly clear... just my 50 Cents.

Jumping in here because I've had the same problem. I recently had to reset Windows and had to reinstall NicePage. Since then, I have not been able to find any of my websites, even using the original paths to those folders. Some of the folders are completely empty and others have some .html files and a .json file that cannot be read.

When I try to import the file that I exported, I get an error message, "Invalid file format."

This is very disturbing and upsetting.
