MENU> Submenu Level > With Reload doesn't work. I can't select.

Hi, Please let me know how to solove in NicePage. I choese humburger menu to all views includin desktop. However I want the submenu to always be visible, I can't choose "with Reload" in Submenu Level.

Form Submit not working

I have created a contact form and exported it to HTML. When uploaded the submit button doesn't do anything. https://www.isdconsultants.com/Contact.html I've tried this on both Chrome and Fire Fox.
