Try to search for the site folder in the Trash. Also you can import back the Project file if you have exported it before.

i was importing my nice page html website after reinstalling it but it sad invalid nicepage project file

Hi Dao,

You can't import the exported HTML website into Nicepage Desktop App. In order to import the project, you need an exported project, a zip archive that contains site.json file.

Hello,

If you have published the page with errors, you can change/fix them with the editor and press publish again. Test the published changes with the browser Incognito mode.

Thank you Anna, but is there a way to import the published page into the editor? I deleted something by mistake in the editor and struggle getting the page back to how it should be. Restarting from the published page would be much easier! Thank you for your help! Regards Benjamin

Kindly elaborate more on that issue and specify what you mean by "published page." What exactly did you delete? Do you have a project file?

Correct me if I'm wrong. You published the website on Nicepage hosting through the Online Builder. In the initial project file, you accidentally deleted some "blocks." The request is to restore the "block" or page in the Online Builder project from the published version on the Nicepage hosting. If this is the case, you only need to do it manually.

Furthermore, there is a small possibility to restore a chunk of deleted content with the help of our admins.
If you could specify the exact content/images/text/elements on the website, we can request them on your behalf.

Please create a separate ticket and provide all necessary information for better communication and privacy reasons.
