Ask a Question

I found your product when I Googled Adobe Muse alternatives. I have more than 20 Adobe Muse sights that I need to transfer to another creation software. Can I open Adobe Muse projects in your software? I have not even seen an Open or Import item on your menu.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out!

Unfortunately, Nicepage does not directly support opening or importing Adobe Muse project files (*.muse). However, you can recreate your existing Adobe Muse designs in Nicepage by following these steps:

1. Export from Adobe Muse

  • Export your Adobe Muse site as HTML.
  • This will give you the files (HTML, CSS, and images) needed to recreate your design in Nicepage.

2. Recreate in Nicepage

  • Open Nicepage and start a new project.
  • Use the drag-and-drop editor to rebuild your designs based on your exported Adobe Muse site or a preview of the site in a browser.
  • You can upload images and copy text directly into the new project.

3. Additional Options

  • Nicepage provides templates and design blocks that may help streamline the process of recreating your Muse sites.
  • If your Muse site includes custom scripts or widgets, you can manually add HTML or embed code within Nicepage.

While it may take some time to migrate your projects, the flexibility of Nicepage makes it an excellent alternative to Adobe Muse. Feel free to ask if you have further questions or need guidance during the migration.

Let us know how we can assist fyou urther!

Ahmad.

Thanks Ahmad. That's just too much work, I have more than 20 sites I need to move. I was hoping to avoid GoLive but it looks like that's all I can use.

You’re welcome! We understand how managing the migration of over 20 sites can feel overwhelming. Unfortunately, Nicepage does not directly import Adobe Muse files, so moving those projects will require some manual effort.

While GoLive may seem like the only option, if you’re ever open to exploring Nicepage further, its design flexibility and ability to export sites to various platforms could still be a valuable long-term solution.

Let us know if you have any questions or need assistance in the future.

Wishing you the best with your projects!
