Ask a Question

I updated the app on my Mac which installed without verifying my current iOS version. Now I can not work on on webpage. The app will not open. I have iOS 10.13.6, and I do not wish to purchase a new MAC. I am currently at the highest iOS this MAC will operate on. I wish to roll back to the highest level of Nicepage that will work with my iOS.

Hi,

Could you please demonstrate what exactly you see when run the Nicepage app? A few screenshots will be appreciated.

If you see the message that Nicepage is malicious software, please check the following article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102445.

You can't use this version of the application "Nicepage" with this version of macOS.
You have macOS 10.13.6. The application requires macOS 10.15 or later.

I shouldn't need to send a screenshoot. This is verbatim the message I receive after installation and I try to launch the app on my MacBook Pro. As previously stated the installation should've detected the current version of iOS on my machine and should NOT have installed like every other app you attempt to download or install will do. The only message I received when I opened Nicepage was, "There is a newer version of Nicepage, install the update. Which I did and now I can't run Nicepage with the update. How can I get the last version that works with the iOS I am using?

Exactly what I said comes up on the screen when I attempt to open Nicepage app since the update. I didn't get a message telling me that the update required iOS 10.15. It just installed the update and now Nicepage will NOT open. Instead I receive this popup screen as seen in the screenshot which reads exactly what I said it reads verbatim.

The online version always updates when you open it.
You can't control that.
Because of the updates and hosting that require an active license, there is no way around that.
If you have an active license, then that is another matter that they will need to comment on.

I have an active license. So how do we fix this?
