No acces to premium features

Dear,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the use of Nicepage premium features. Despite holding a lifetime license with a one-year update period, I have been unable to access these features. While the update period has expired, I was previously able to use premium features with Nicepage version 4.18.5. However, as of today, I am no longer able to do so and am receiving a message stating that an active license is required. I would like to reiterate that I possess a lifetime license.

Could you please attach a screenshot of the error message that you get and also please let me know what operation you performed when this message appeared?

Hi Hawal,

According to the video and the message that you get, I can see that you were trying to add the ready Block Design that was created after your free updates period has expired. Please note that you still have access to the ready Design Blocks that were created before your free updates period has expired. Such designs do not have the crown mark on it.
