I am attaching a block with Tabs and List inside the tabs.
The problem is that because the List has different size in different Tab there is a blank space under the smaller list (Tab).

The Grid element cannot be inserted in Tabs, Grid will always be added below the Tabs element for a reason. I guess you have dragged it into the Tabs. This is why this space will be there for a tab with only 2 cells and cannot be removed.

unfortunately the same problem occurs,
as I cannot set the height for the block, because of the different amount of photos every category has.

This is not an issue but how the element shows you the images, the element height and a block height remains the same for all categories.
