On a form with a date picker field is it possible to disabled weekend days on the popup calendar preventing the user from selecting Saturday or Sunday?

I would like to use the date picker calendar for appointments booking and I need weekend days and holidays disabled to prevent clients from choosing weekend days or any other days.
