Ask a Question

Are the calendar bookings handled similarly to the method for retrieving website contact form information? If so, is there a way to ensure that agencies creating booking forms for their clients (using Nicepage) can ensure that each client only has access to their own entries in the bookings interface. I may be doing something wrong, but when I create forms for various clients, I cannot give them access to the Nicepage interface for accessing the data, since it appears all the contact form information for all my clients is being written to the same repository.

Jack,

Unfortunately, for now, it can be resolved only by creating a separate account with a Premium Plan for each client exporting and importing your project into it when it is ready.

This way if the only way how each of your clients will get their submissions and calendar entries.

I have a Pro level license. Does this give me the ability to do what you stated in your last reply?

Jack,

Yes. However, again, please note that you or your clients will need a premium Nicepage plan for that.

I'm confused. According to your information on the website, the PRO plan provides up to 10 licenses for clients to do their own editing under their own login email address. And it allows for a certain number of submissions PER SITE. It makes no sense that per site submissions should be viewable by anyone other than the owners of that site (either by DOMAIN or EMAIL ADDRESS access). See attached file.

Hello Jack,

Yes, your clients can edit content under client license, log in either by domain or email address, BUT only you as main Nicepage account can edit email address and save the form to receive the form submissions when Email submit type is used. You as site administrator will receive form submissions under your leads tab even if you change the email address to receive form submissions.
Same for Calendar, the site owner will receive an email about the new appointment to the address used in the Profile.

Feel free to reach out if you need any assistance or have further questions.

Sincerely,
Anna.

Now I understand better. When I create sites for my clients, I use THEIR email addresses on THEIR forms, and have confirmed they get the emails. I hadn't been aware that only I am able to receive the submissions under my leads tab. As long as they can receive individual emails for only their own businesses' contacts, that's all I care about.
