Animation problem first block

What I mean is that the animations in the first block, even though they have the option to repeat the animation when scrolling, load only once. Even though they have the repeat-on-scrolling option checked.

in general - why does it always work in the first block of the page after adding animation and the run on display option and selecting repeat when scrolling on any of the created pages? in each subsequent block 2-3 etc. it works perfectly

I see what you mean. This option works when you scroll your page to the top and start scrolling again. As you cannot scroll through the first block, the feature does not work for this block. We will consider changing its behavior and add it to our wishlist.
