Why does it keep telling me I do not have permission to perform this action "custom domain" ?

That has nothing to do with the ability to host Ahmad!
The Ultimate Plan I Bought Gave me 20 websites to Publish and I used none of them!
That is incorrect.
The license updates are expired but the service itself is not.
Kindly advise.
