1) Unfortunately, Nicepage does not support connecting to databases, but we hope it will be implemented in the future. Clarify please, what exactly do you want to achieve? Maybe we can suggest an alternative solution.

2) The upload limit for a single image size exists for all Premium Plans, but you can upload more images and files with a Premium Plan. The more advanced the plan, the more files you can save on your site. Please see the attached screenshot:
