When editing text, clicking or double clicking on a text item in a text or richtext box doesn't usually allow highlighting the text for editing; I must first click out of that text area and then re-click in the text area. Often I can place the cursor on the text where I want it to be but I can't highlight the text until doing the above trick.
When highlighting text, it is almost impossible to highlight the first character on a row of text without considerable hunting with the cursor and magically it works. It appears that the cursor doesn't want to be placed in front of the first character.
When I cut and paste formatted text from one text area to another, all of the formatting is stripped requiring all of the formatting to be redone. I would like the option to strip or not to strip.
When importing an image into a richtext box, I would like to be able to see where the the image insert point is. I have a need to alter it's location sometimes but the only way to do it now is to delete the image and re-insert it. Being able to view the generated code for this segment and to adjest it using a code editor would really help.
Please consider adding the capability for me to enter my own (mostly php code) to eliminate the reliance of external software like WordPress and Jumula!
