User interface - layout

Hello, why are the icons on the "laptops, landscapes phones" layout hidden please? Do you feel like we need to save space on a 4K or HD monitor?
And it's not just this. I found more icons that were on the desktop on the first click and are now inexplicably buried in the menu. I would understand that you are optimizing the editor for use on mobile devices, but seriously, there is a masochist, what would the editor use on a phone?
If I use the button and choose a layout from the drop-down menu, the icon will remain there. But why it's hidden, I just don't understand.
