If not, do you know of a plugin that would allow us to manage them?

Currently, Nicepage has no built-in feature for managing revisions within WordPress. However, you can use WordPress's default revision system to manage pages and post changes.

If you're looking for more advanced revision management, you might want to consider plugins like WP Revisions Control or Revision Manager TMC. These plugins allow you to manage and control the number of revisions stored for your content.
