Hello,
I have purchased a bussiness plan for my website. I tried to connect my own domain name, changed the IP to the one needed in DNS. It says that the connection is ok. But on the https://trinitycube.com.ua/ I can't see my website still. Only on https://trinitycube.nicepage.io/
Can you help me setup it right please?

Hi,

When I open your site link it says that the connection is not private, but if I select to proceed further it opens the same site as on our hosting. Please check that you have added the WWW a-record also in your domain settings as explained in this article:
https://nicepage.com/doc/1293/custom-domain

If you have done everything correctly, then please wait for up to 72 hours while the settings are applied and then the security connection should be applied and site should be opened fine. Let me know if this does not work.

Thank you! The webpage works now, but like you mentioned it's not secure. I removes all the AAAA records and made all A recods with the same ip. Do you know why it may be not working?

Hi,

Please remove the last record, there should be only two of them. Then wait a bit and check once again, as I have mentioned before, the correct assigning of the SSL certificate may take up to 72 hours.
