Do you mean the exported themes or sites hosted on our server? The exported sites will continue to work as they were exported. The sites published on our hosting won't be accessible for the visitors unless you extend the subscription to activate the hosting option again.

After one year your application will work in a Starter mode and all the options that are not available in the Starter pack will not be working in your application. And the Made with Nicepage watermark will be added to the footnote of the exported themes.

You can continue using the last update included in the year after you buy the license, as long as you are using a third party host.
