Nicepage Editor plugin

Hello DTC,

You can create the Nicepage Theme and Nicepage Content in the Desktop app or Online builder.
The Nicepage Theme includes a header, footer, Blog and Post templates, and other Theme settings. You need to customize all Theme elements under the Site Colors and Fonts and Templates tabs in the Desktop app.
The Nicepage Content is a static HTML Pages created in the Desktop app.

After that, you can export the Theme with/without Content and install it on your WP site:

* https://nicepage.com/doc/67768/export-and-update-of-wp-theme-from-app Theme only;
* https://nicepage.com/doc/67690/export-and-update-of-wp-content-from-app Content only.
In WP, you can continue Content editing with the Nicepage plugin Editor. So Nicepage Theme can be created in the Desktop app only.

Same for Joomla site:
* https://nicepage.com/doc/70107/install-joomla-template-and-articles Theme with Content;
* https://nicepage.com/doc/72666/update-joomla-template-from-app Theme only;
* https://nicepage.com/doc/73583/export-and-update-joomla-content-from-app Content only.

The link to the video tutorial is about theme installation into WordPress. You can edit your pages ( content) with plugin editor, but theme templates will be used from your theme file:

Can you access and edit Wordpress site with Nicepage online builder through the Nicepage Wordpress plugin - yes or no?

WordPress is a cms with a database and different file structures written using different programming languages, this is a completely different platform where you can create your posts and blogs and use either a Nicepage theme with built-in templates and other plugins or only Nicepage plugin editor to style your content. You can use both the Nicepage theme (created and exported from desktop/online builder) and the Nicepage plugin with your WordPress site.

Can you access and edit Wordpress site with Nicepage online builder through the Nicepage Wordpress plugin - yes or no?
No, there is a Nicepage plugin to edit pages with WordPress and Nicepage online platform to create and publish HTML sites with Nicepage hosting or external hosting + you can use it to create themes and pages for further export to WordPress.

Thanks - So Nicepage works just like the Kadence or Elementor editor for editing the design etc. within the Wordpress plugin section?

Yes, Nicepage functions similarly to Kadence or Elementor within the WordPress environment. It allows you to design and customize your site directly through the Nicepage WordPress plugin. You can edit layouts, add content blocks, and style elements within the plugin, just like you would with Kadence or Elementor. The difference is that you need to create a site's theme file separately, a theme that will style your post and blog pages in WordPress.
With Nicepage, you can also import your designs from the Nicepage desktop app into your WordPress site, which adds another layer of flexibility.

Ahhh finally I understood it. Maybe you should make the FAQ etc. "idiot-proof" by explaining this more clearly :D Because I was about to switch Builder, because, I thought I needed to re-publish all changes in the layout etc. from either Online Builder or Desktop Builder each time.
