Ask a Question

Hi,

I proceeded to purchase, but I'm a bit confused about the lifetime offer with the Nicepage Website Builder. Even after paying for the lifetime license, it seems that I only get hosting, stock images, and updates for one year. After that, I'll only have access to the Website Builder, which will be outdated, right? Could you please clarify this?

Pricing Plans
Subscription License
Save up to 20%

Subscription
- Save up to 20%
- One-year application subscription
- One year of updates
- One-time payment. No auto-renewal

License
- Lifetime application license
- One year of updates

All premiums include:
- One year website hosting
- One year Online Builder
- One year form submissions and leads
- One year for 500,000+ stock images

I also have a couple of other questions:
1. The plan mentions "25,000 form submissions (monthly, per site)." Does this limit apply only to sites hosted on Nicepage, or does it also apply to sites hosted on our own servers?
2. If I purchase the Ultimate plan and customize or use the white label option to create a WordPress plugin, can I share it with my team members for use on their sites?
3. After one year, will I no longer have access to the stock images unless I renew my subscription? Will I need to renew to regain access to all the features listed above?

Please clarify these points so I can proceed with my purchase as soon as possible.

Thank you,
Keerthy

The lifetime license is for the desktop app, and the last released version prior to the included updates ending can be used indefinitely.
The online benefits revert back to the free Starter version.
Support can answer the other questions.

Hi Keerthy,

The main difference between the License and the Subscription is that with the subscription you cannot use any premium feature after one year, all the options in the application will work in a starter mode, with the License if you do not update the application after one year, you can continue to use that version with the premium options except the stock library of our images and hosting options.

As for the other questions you had:
1. The form submissions are related to the Email form submit option. As it works through our server, the submissions are counted. For the other form submission options this limit is not applied.
2. You can provide your branded plug-in but please note that to be able to use the plug-in with the premium options the other user or site domain should be added as a client license in your account:
https://nicepage.com/doc/25536/client-licenses
3. Yes, after one year you won't be able to download new stock images, but you can continue to use the stock images that you have downloaded before the free updates period expires.

So mainly, if you intend to always use the latest application version and always need access to the stock images and other benefits of the active license, then we recommend using the Subscription model as it is 20% cheaper compared to the License option.
