Once I upload the nicepage theme to Wordpress can I continue to host with nicepage once I export the website from nicepage.

No, only HTML sites can be hosted with Nicepage. Those are the sites that you Publish directly from the application or online builder. If you use CMS like WordPress then you need to use your own hosting.

Does nicepage have a "Chat Box and Click to Call" plugin that works with nicepage HTML online web3.0 website builder so I don't have to use a different website builder platform like WordPress? Thank you

Unfortunately, Nicepage doesn't have such functionality, we can only recommend using CMS or a trusted third-party-plugins for this purpose.

How much trouble is it to create a Chat Box for Nicepage? Considering the engagement rates are much higher on a website with Chat Box and Click to Call features I would encourage you to put a priority on this at once! Good Luck! Unfortunately I have invested in your technology only to have to cancel now that I know Chat Box and Click to Call feature is highly engaging I must have it. Too bad that I cannot use the web hosting feature with HTML5 and Chat Box and Click to call feature with nicepage. Bummer!

This limitation doesn't necessarily mean you need to abandon your Nicepage investment.
Many chat platforms offer embed codes or JavaScript snippets that can be integrated into your Nicepage website using the HTML element.
As for a call button, you can add the Button Element and link it to a phone number.
