Ask a Question

Hi,

I have built a good website that works, and it's up on the web here:

https://picklehead.com/Elegance/Elegance-In-Motion.html

However, when I go on the Nicepage program, an older version of that page only comes up, with many of the most recent changes missing. I downloaded all the files from our server and tried to import the project back into Nicepage as a zip file and always get the message 'Invalid Nicepage Project file.' If I try to import a page, as in Home or Index, it says 'Invalid Nicepage Page file.'

How do I get that site back into Nicepage so I can continue to make changes to our site? I restored any deleted files and pages from my Recycle bin and again, whenever I try to load them into Nicepage, I get those same messages.

If the site was built using the desktop app, you will need either the exported backup Project file, or the Documents\Nicepage\Site_######## working folder for that site.
Do you have any backups?
Exported html files can't be imported back in.

Thanks for the reply. I actually found the latest version. Under 'My Sites' there was a 'more' button and I hadn't seen it. Sorry!

Again, you've been really helpful with quick replies.
