Hello,
In June 2025, a new law will come into effect in Germany: the BFSG. You can find more information about it here: https://bfsg-gesetz.de/. Here are some important questions regarding this:
When will Nicepage provide the ability to add a title tag to images?
The title tag issue is extremely important, even without this new law.
Why does Nicepage convert all text links into buttons?
What's the purpose behind this? Why do I have to pay a significant amount of money only to go into the Nicepage.css file and rewrite the u-btn class because the program turns hundreds of links into buttons? Your buttons cannot be read by screen readers, nor can the text be selected!
Why do you embed cookies in a plain HTML website?
I have to go into the nicepage.js file to remove this.
Have you resolved the Firefox sticky issue?
Guys, you spend all day fiddling with effects, blinking, rotating, popping, and twinkling, and don't think about designing the program to meet legal requirements or to function properly. When this law comes into effect, users will have to look for other software solely because of the button and title issues. The government is threatening users with severe penalties.
I request a response.
