How do I add my menu in with Nicepage

I am working on:

https://aiprogramming.ai/

I have added an about page, but even though I put in show header and footer, the menu does not show up

Why is this or what do I need to do in order to get it there?

Header was not hidden, was not quite sure what had happened nd I am still not sure, but I have since sorted the issue
