You can create the Nicepage Theme and Nicepage Content in the Desktop app.
The Nicepage Theme includes a header, footer, Blog and Post templates, and other Theme settings. Please customize all Theme elements under the Site Colors and Fonts and Templates tabs in the Desktop app.
The Nicepage Content is a static HTML Pages created in the Desktop app.

After that, you can export the Theme with/without Content and install it on your Joomla site:
* https://nicepage.com/doc/70107/install-joomla-template-and-articles Theme with Content;
* https://nicepage.com/doc/72666/update-joomla-template-from-app Theme only;
* https://nicepage.com/doc/73583/export-and-update-joomla-content-from-app Content only.
In Joomla, you can continue Content editing with the Nicepage plugin Editor. So Nicepage Theme can be created in the Desktop app only.
