Hello to the professionals,

I like to use webp format for images.
Is there a Wordpress plugin that converts the images to WEBP?
I already tried two here, unfortunately all ICON were also edited and were then unreadable.

Does anyone have any experience please.

You can also try Convert WebP & AVIF or Imagify.

https://wordpress.org/plugins/webp-converter-for-media/ - This plugin allows you to optimize existing images and automatically convert new uploads to WEBP format.

https://imagify.io/wordpress/ - Imagify is a popular image optimization service with a WordPress plugin. It offers WEBP conversion along with lossless and lossy compression options.

You can do a little test and try both.
