You can try:
You could add a blank block.
Select the second block, click the Blue + left, Block, Blank choice at the top. (Please see the screenshot. 01.png)
Also:
For example, you added a Grid to the Block. The first option (element margin) will add the outer spacing around the Grid.
For example, the Top margin is the spacing between the top edge of the Grid and the top edge of the Block.
(Please see the screenshot 02.png)
The Block element duplicates this margin - spacing between the top edge of the Block and the top edge of the first element in the Block.
