Here are some screenshots:

1 - This is at the post level - the only place I see to change this.

2 - What the heading2 looks like

3 - This is at the post level - ( Aligned left )

4 - What does heading 2 look like with it aligned left - I like it this way.

5—This is the page I found in the documentation. I am looking for how to do this at the theme level. I do not want to have to go through each document to change each Heading2 setting, and there are lots of them.
