Hi,

I am having some incredible issues with the Model pop up.

No matter how I arrange it on the mobile view it always expands, when this happens it block my visitors from entering the site because they can't click the "x" button.

I have to be honest in saying that since I bought the upgraded version, it's been problem after problem. The fonts are not consistent... the language switches without notice.

I'm pretty disappointed. Maybe I'm missing something but a paid platform should not have this many issues.

Hello Bianca,

We can see the popup correctly with a mobile vertical mode and not correctly with a horizontal view, see the screenshots attached.

What site's theme version you are using now? The described issue was already fixed with some previous versions. If you have an outdated theme version you need to update it to the latest.

This might be a silly question but how do I do this?
I noticed that the theme version is behind my plug in version...i assume thats the problem.

When I googled how to update the theme version, I see that I have to export the theme from my desktop application. But my Desk top application's theme doesn't have my content.....

Do I need to make a copy of my content ...upload it to my desk top application and then export the new version?

Hello Bianca,

The Nicepage Theme includes a header, footer, Blog and Post templates, and other Theme settings. Please customize all Theme elements under the Site Colors and Fonts and Templates tabs in the Desktop app.
The Nicepage Content is a static HTML Page created in the Desktop app.
