On the website, the pricing plans chart indicates that HTML export is available in the free tier. However, in the software itself, the HTML option has the badge indicating it's only available for the 7-day trial. Which one is correct?

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us

The free export into HTML is available in the Nicepage Desktop app only. In the Online Builder, it's available for a 7-day premium trial. Please specify where are you trying to do the export into HTML.

Hello Natinshiningarmor,

The written text or icons is not a problem, you will be able to export without problem.

With the Nicepage Free version, the HTML export option is available in the Desktop app.

I'm having the same problem. Upgraded to 6.9.2 of the online desktop. In the process, my working folder went missing. Restored an old version of the site, but I'm now locked out of html publishing to my server. It all worked fine the last time I touched it 2 weeks ago, before the update. HTML, WordPress, Joomla, and Project all indicate premium level, contrary to what the website says. I don't want to use the online editor just because I don't want to use the online editor. I'm old school and like my files local.

Edit: Had another look to see what else I could figure out. I can edit freely in the Desktop Editor. It is displaying the newest version of the site. It can be closed and reopened keeping the latest changes. It also now looks like it's uploading the html to my server. I get a message that it was successful, but when I go to the site in a browser, nothing has changed.

I got it sorted out. I didn't notice that the directory name for the html upload location had changed somewhere along the line. All is good. Probably something I did. Nicepage rules, btw.
