How cn I change this in Apple Safari browser?

Please try to search the cookies tab in the settings and manage it, try to allow.

If you do have no settings as on here you need to try

• go to Preferences > Privacy.
• Look for a section related to cookies or site data. You might find options like "Block third-party cookies and site data" or "Prevent cross-site tracking."
• Enable Third-Party Cookies: Toggle the switch or select the option to allow third-party cookies.
