I have site translated to 24 languages and i would like to have a shared text control which is not translatable
For example I have downloads page where by the software title I have also the software version.
So, this software version could be shown using non translatable text , in tha case i would not have to change the soft version text on all pages separately

The version text for each program is of course now translatable,
So, when I change the soft version i must change it manually on 23 pages,
It could be great to have a static text which will appear the same everywhere

I think you can do this for now also. Try this; add the static text, which is not translatable, and leave it alone, do not change on the other languages, it is added on other pages without a problem, such as image, do you need to add an image on 23 pages? No, you need to add it on the main page, in the main language, and it is added on all pages.
