Hello,

Exactly what type of animation do you want to add to the Product Image element? In general, the Product Image element supports the Animation option. The Product Gallery element supports the Zoom on Hover option for images.

Please open your Product details page template, select Product Gallery >Image style > check the box for zoom on hover, see attached.
