Mobil menu not working correctly

Hello,

First: the Desktop view works well.

The mobil view with sandwhich doesnt. It happens after adding submenus which are connected to pages installed in Wordpress.
Then only the submenu navigation is working. The main not.

I have no idea why?

Actually in shouldn't in the current realization. We have added this into the wish list.
For now please use one more submenu item to open Online Marketing page.

Hi,

This is not an issue. If the menu has items and subitems, then in the mobile menu your item will work as a separator. This means that clicking on them will open/close the list of its subitems, and the item page itself will not open, as on the Desktop Mode.
This is how the mobile menu works, at this moment. Therefore, if you need a submenu on mobiles, then please, try to rearrange the menu structure.

But we have this request in our wishlist and we have added your request too.

Hi Nicepage Team,

this problem should be addressed with PRIORITY as it is clearly a BUG since the beginning.
Being a user of your software since day one, I am not used to such ignorance from NICEPAGE side and the problem should long be solved!
You guys are so flexible and quick in adding new stuff , but when it comes to solve long knowing and old bugs you are stubborn as a buffalo.
So please do something... as the community using mobile gadgets to browse online content is growing and growing and if this will not get solved ASAP, NICEPAGE can close down.

Thanks for your immediate attention and I hope for a quick solution of this BUG .. meanwhile I will not recommending your software anymore and communicate this major problem in all social media possible.

Hi Silke,

We are searching for the possible solutions, but this is still not a bug. Such behavior for the responsive menus is a common practice as you cannot have the same options for the touch devices and desktops as the hover state is not possible to use on the touch devices.
