The latest version is stuck on the Loading... screen.

Activation all looks ok.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled - same stuck on Loading....

The latest version is stuck on the Loading... screen. Activation all looks ok. I've uninstalled/reinstalled - same stuck on Loading....

Hi, Andrew,

As I understand, you mean the Desktop app, don't you? If yes, try to disable your antivirus, firewall, and other apps that may affect the work of the Internet connection. After that, run the app again. Will it help you?

Also, if the app is still stuck on the loading screen, please click here (if it is displayed) and let us know if it helps or not.

Yes, its the desktop app on Mac.

Clicking on nicepage logo top left removes the loading....

And displayed Backup Website ? Dialog which wasn't being shown.

After saying Always Backup it proceeded to load.

And now loads everytime.

I also tried with an empty ~/Documents/Nicepage folder with similar results.

Once I clicked on the nicepage logo top left the Loading... disappeared and showed the dialog.

Once the dialog was displayed, it hasn't been a problem again ? Very strange

It appears to be ok now.

У меня проблема аналогичная, nicepage 4.15.11 загружает версию nicepage. 4.16.0 на windows 10, но нет перезагрузки, приходиться закрывать программу, снова открывать, и вновь предлагает обновиться до nicepage. 4.16.0.
Отключал антивирус и брандмауэр, не помогает.
Раньше таких проблем не было.
Возможно, подобные проблемы есть у других пользователей?
Помогите разобраться!

Try to completely uninstall the app, delete the Documents/Nicepage folder (backup all your Projects before doing it!), and install the app again. Will it help you?

Удалил nicepage на windows 10, потом установил заново nicepage. 4.16.0.
Помогло, работает.

Just came on here to say I had the exact same issue, just loading non-stop. The minute I pressed the logo (trying out what worked for the gentleman above) it worked. Why is this happening? This is so weird
