Clarify please, when exactly do you face this issue? Did you have it earlier? Are you unable to open a Project or create a new one? Anyway, try to disable your antivirus, firewall, and other apps that may affect the work of the Internet. After that, test your issue again and let us know about the result.

Please make sure that the Nicepage Desktop application has access to the folder with your Projects.
Did you change the access rights to this folder or its location on the computer?
Please fnd it on your computer. By default, this is the /Documents/Nicepage folder on the local drive.
The path and folder name are set under the Profile >> Preferences in the Desktop app.
If you didn't change anything here, then it should be there.

You need to create the same folder as it was before. If you didn't change the default settings, then create the Nicepage folder in the ...\Documents folder and restart the App.

Hi Uzair,
Try to delete the Nicepage Desktop App and reinstall it again. This time install the app on a different disk drive C:\ or D:\
If the issue still persists. try to do the following below
Do you see the /Nicepage folder in Documents directory?
Please try caching the projects folder manually:
1) open %APPDATA%\Nicepage\config.json file for editing. Please backup it before editing.
2) find the line with the projects folder. For example, in my case this is:
"projects folder": "D:\NP projects\Nicepage1",
3) change the path to the different EMPTY folders. For example:
"projects Folder": "D:\ahmad\work\Nicepage",
Save the file and restart Nicepage. Does the issue continue?

Please be assured that you have a backup of your Nicepage files and that you reinstall the program from here.
Also please attach a short video of the installation process so we can see that it's impossible to choose the path for installation.

What do you mean to send the contact form to your email? Do you mean that you want to use the Contact form, so your visitors can fill up the form, submit and later on you will receive the data? Is that correct?

Regarding this issue. I have been struggling with the same thing for an hour or so. Then I decided to follow @hyperlinkAssassins idea. Mucking about.
On the loading page, when it just sits there, click on the NicePage logo on the top left of the page. It will bring you back to the "create new page" thing.
The reason it does this I think is that NicePage tries to bring you back to where you were in a previous project, probably some flag that gets written into the registry, or a local file, telling NicePage that you should find a file or folder in your projects folder that isn't there.
One possible reason for this my guess, is that there is not a good sync between the cloud instance and the local instance. It doesn't alert the local instance to prompt you to "load previous work", or "create a new page".
If Nicepage could just put some logic into the startup process to ask you if you want to resume previous work or start new, this would go away. Just guessing here, but that is what I think might be happening.

I have attempted to resolve the issue by uninstalling the application and then reinstalling it. However, the problem persists.
