can't buy software by credit card.. 3 credit card we try it but not work .
even by PayPal ask credit card... we have in balances but not take ..
we are in India/.. city bank credit card not accept ask bank so tell may be Citi bank block some of provider.
can u give us other options.

i think u loos subscriber .. every time west our time like this replay. do u think we are free for contact PayPro simple payment process not fix your side.. any way.. very poor services.

I also facing the same problem. I have build 5 pages and now its requires subscription. So my site became late. I am trying from last week but I cant get subscription. I am in a big trouble because I have design 5 pages and now its not working.

Another customer lost because you won't accept responsibility for taking payments. Its not good enough for you to tell your customers to sort it out with your agent. If you want customers its up to YOU to tell paypal to fix it or you get an agent that actually work. You don't have to use paypal there are many others,. Its you who are losing money. Paypal is only losing its cut and Paypal is so big it doesn't care in the least. I guess you must be big enough and rich enough not to care either.

I am not going to waste my time in email exchanges with YOUR agents who YOU pay to collect money for you -- on not to collect it in this case.

Both those tings do not inspire confidence in Nicepage, Which is a pity because at first looks it is much better than WIX.

We have read your message and get it clear. We do not have information as to why the order hasn't been processed yet. If PayPro Global cannot process the payment, it is a problem between the payer and the gateway. We can write to them but as an intermediary and this will not speed things up or improve things, it will only slow things down. We can't process the payment ourselves or tell them to do it if PayPro Global can't accept the order for some reason. By cooperating with PayPro Global we accept their terms.

It is a standard procedure to contact the payment gateway about the order status that requires you to provide your personal data, which we do not have and do not ask from our users with registration in our system.

To proceed with the order you need to fill in the contact information and you will get a full response here - https://payproglobal.com/contact/ In case of payment failure you will receive an email with an explanation.
