Dear Nigepage Team,

i am so angry on you. Each Update you bring destroys my work. Are you not testing what you are doing ?
This is so horrible. You have designed a nice product but your buggi buggi work on updates is worst case.
This is really the last Time iam start my work from the beginning. Next time i will change the software to a company who
is interessted in his customers and does not this kind of shit with us

Hello Daniel,

There is a backup feature you should use each time before your Nicepage Application offers an Update. It was implemented exactly for such unexpected occasions.

Please specify what kind of issues the update caused you?
We are taking such complaints very seriously especially as we cannot reproduce them from our side.
Please describe the issue once again with details.

The Problem is that iam not able to repair the Bugs because after saving and reopening the layout bugs are there again :(

Dear Anna,

first to say is that the backup funktion is useless because the issues are also in the restored sites. Iam bored to explain every time
the Bugs that destroy my work and in this time its even worst because when i fix the layout its fine but after saving and reloading the buggy layout is back again. The only way i hav solved the problem after hours of work and losting my nerves i have installed the 3.16 version and made the fixes again. I really don´t know if you can imagine how bad you are hitting my work with your buggi Updates every time. I don´t wish you such a bad partner in your bussines - really not.

The Issue is that after the update suddenly the the distances between the text blocks in my sliders are lost. Also is the layout crashed from the accordion only the first open tab is ok - all others are suddenly on wrong places. Also in the slider works the first slide fine and the others are destroyed. After cleaning the layout - saving and reloading the same destroyed layout is back again so that i can´t work the hole day and lose a lot of money and have one more time an anrgy customer.
Iam very very angry on you for all the time you have stolen me with your not good tested updates. And iam not going to make the failure again to trust on you again. I like your software but you are not professional and this is very poor to say.

i have the same problem my layout keeps breaking after the new update too.
Especially the text windows always go over the whole length of the block although I have narrowed the text field.

I work with it professionally and I got quite a lot of problems since the recent update.
That depending on the view desktop, laptop, etc small changes must be made from time to time when you change something on the page, I have become accustomed to, but so destroyed I have never seen my layout.

Hi all,

Sorry for the issues caused by the update. Looks like there are some backward compatibility problems with your projects, they are usually specific to some settings that we cannot predict.
That's why we need to investigate each issue individually.
Please create private topics and attach your projects with the screenshots showing what exactly was misplaced after the update. We'll investigate each issue separately.

Hi, the problem is always the same, in slider after changing the images or text positions, height, width, and save the work, Nicepage don't save and also when I reopen the page all the elements are losing their dimension and position, this for each slide and each device.

the Bug is in all Updates after 3.16.1 (This is the Only working Version all followings are for Beta Testers :)

running 3.17.5 and the bugs in accordion are still there. layout crashed permanently like Daniel already posted.
when do you provide a solid update??

it seems, we are all beta testers. also other basic functions are not working correct. sorry this is worst case right now getting stuck in running projects. thought i found a good new alternative to adobe muse, but is not.
