I've seeing that I have two new messages for my account. Selecting them from my profile takes me to tech support but none of my private messages shown for the previous 3 months on the it's front page show a reply. So how am I to locate the message threads I am being alerted to? I very rarely post public messages like this.
I delete the notifications coming into my inbox and go to here. I don't follow any links from my inbox as a security measure, so no comments on just selecting the link in the email as I just explained. Mail can be spoofed and malware hidden in single pixel on the page that can run when first rendered.
Any assistance in finding the specific thread containing the messages would be appreciated.
