How to overlap an element

I am trying to overlap elements based on a portion of the video here https://nicepage.com/doc/creating-travel-website-1317 that refers to "container". The workspace in the video don't match what I am seeing. Based on the attached rough layout, how would I position the gray box over another element, such as layering?

Hi,

As I understand, you need the Block with image or Slider and another block with the Grid below it. The Block with Grid should overlap the Block with image or Slider, right? One Block cannot overlap another Block. But you can move the Grid up to place it over the Block above.
