Ask a Question

Hi,

Would you guys be improving on WordPress Coding output, at the moment the theme generated does not adhere to WPCS https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/coding-standards/php/

Can you let me know if this is in pipeline?

Thanks
Robin

Hi,

Our theme and plug-in are being developed constantly and that means that the code of the exported theme and plug-in also change. Please let me know what exactly is not correct in our output on your opinion.

Hi,
Sure so you can see all these red marks https://prnt.sc/t673oo on my editor when I open a file outputted from the WordPress theme exported from nice page app

Not sure which IDE you use, but if you use Visual Code Editor or Atom you can easily install PHPCS extension with WordPress Coding Standard https://prnt.sc/t674xa. (Linter) your code.

Invalid snanke_case for your variables https://prnt.sc/t67616

Without this, your app/WordPress theme is not following standards laid out by WordPress.

If I have to buy a paid version I don't want my time to spend refactoring the complete theme.

Hope this helps.
Robin

I recommend Codelobster IDE for WordPress coding - http://www.codelobster.com/wordpress.html
It includes a special code formatter.
