Building a Template and having issues.

After additional troubleshooting it appears that joomla is treating NicePage as just an article builder, not a page builder. How do I fix this?

I am having additional issues with the menu. I made a complete template with all the pages I am looking to have on my website using the desktop app, set the menu how I wanted it, and exported everything as it should be. When I installed it in Joomla and imported all the content the only option in the menu that appears is the main page. When I try to add menu items in Joomla I keep getting an error and it forces me to reload the editor and all my changes are gone. Any suggestions?

Please check that the menu module on your site is using the correct menu source. And the menu items should be added using the Menu Manager in Joomla. With the plug-in on the site you can edit the design of the menu.

Ok, I have been able to figure out how to add and remove items from menus, but I am still unable to get it to show up on the preview or live version of the website, even though it appears in the editor. What could I be missing?

Hi Arlyn,

Please check that the menu module is specified to be shown on all pages under the Module Manager. If that does not help, please provide more details about the issue. We may also need an access to the site backend.
