I have build all my pages form nicepage joomla extension and I have checked if I save nicepage header and footer but its switch back to the joomla theme
and my menu bar is missing as well

Please make sure that is the page settings you use the Nicepage Header and Footer option on the edited pages. If the issue persists, let us know and provide an access to the site backend.

Hi,

The default template should be created in the desktop application. You can edit the header and footer in the desktop editor, then export the Theme only and install it on the site, that will be the default Header and Footer for all the site pages.
