Is there a way to create the checkout process that will look the same as your website by using woocommerce shortcodes?

Christiaan,

Nicepage does not stylize shortcodes for woocommerce. They can be added on the page in the shortcode control (Go to Elements>> Position ans Shortcode>> Shortcode ), but most likely they will pull the standard styles from woocommerce.

I've tried it but the nicepages broke the sequence of the pages that is suppose to load. I will try it by using a wordpress template and not the nicepage template on it's own.
