Report a bug

Hi.

Yesterday before starting to use nicepage for the 1st time I changed the default projects folder to the following one:

C:\Users\Andrea\AppData\Local\Programs\Nicepage\Projects\Nicepage

and I created a website.

Now the software has updated, but I can't find the websites anymore.

The above folder is empty. It only contains new website I create, but there is no trace of the previous one.

How can I get access to the website again ?

Thanks.

Regards.

Hi,

As I understand, you installed Nicepage and launched it. It contains one default project (Site 1). You changed the project folder under preferences and created a new website (Site 2). Then you updated Nicepage Desktop. Right?
Do you mean that you do not see the Site2 website on the dashboard? What is the current project folder under preferences?

Hi Olivia,

while I was waiting for your answer, I did a full search on my PC, looking for Nicepage's projects. There was no trace of it. So I started rebuilding it. At this stage, I don't need support anymore, but I would like anyway to alert that your update script causes some issues if someone has chosen a project folder different from the standard one.

As a prove of that, once the SW is updated, the project folder is reset to the "standard" one, which should not happen.

Kind Regards,

Andrea.
