Hello Hella, wow quick response.

Client has made pages in nicepage in wordpress. He said that autosave was on. But this morning all content was gone.

First i thought in wordpress plugin you have to add email for the licsence but i do not know where to add. So i think wordoress owner is the email i add to my account.

Can you please clarify, what exactly content was gone.
Have your customer lost only one page or all pages?
Do you see the page in the pages list in Wordpress?
If you open the Nicepage for the page, do you see the differences in the Nicepage editor and same page on the live site?

Hello Hella,

client has just fixed the problem by making new page.

But the problem is alle content was gone. He had auto save but when he use autosave where you can find the saved items.

It's my second time lose the page content when using the plugin to edit my page. i can see the page content has been uploaded, however when i open edit with "nicepage", there is nothing ! Since my page hasn't been done, i still want to add some content. how to deal with my case ?
