When will client mode in the plugin be implemented to limit the clients abilities? Prevent client changing theme, adding blocks etc...

Client login should not have the same abilities as admin mode.

But as mentioned before, this should be optional to choose which abilities the client will have. If you want the client to have the master abilities as it is right now this should be possible to choose as well.
