Backup a LIVE site

I have a website I created on the Desktop version, exported it and made it live on Wordpress....

I made many changes on the Live site using the Plugin..... how can I export it and back it up and Test on another server, so that I can make sure the Backup works. I saw no EXPORT feature on the Live Wordpress Version, in case I need to do a disaster recovery.

Unfortunately, there's no backward synchronization from CMS back to Nicepage Desktop.
